Job Description
Key Responsibilities
l Design & orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys (from ICP identification to revenue conversion).
l Build & optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using advanced tools and platforms.
l Develop & implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
l Create automated workflows and scalable revenue operations systems.
l Partner with leadership to align GTM strategy with company objectives.
l Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the revenue funnel.
l Adopt & implement new GTM technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Job Requirement
Required Skills & Experience:
l Expertise in modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, SendSpark, Unity, Keyplay, Smartlead, Rb2b, etc.).
l Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis & experimentation.
l Proven track record in building & optimizing revenue-generating systems.
l Experience with automation tools to create scalable workflows.
l Strong collaboration & communication skills to work cross-functionally.
l Background in revenue operations, growth, or technical GTM roles.
