Job Description
Recruitment :
o Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
o Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
o Source and recruit candidates by using databases & Portals.
o Screen candidates resumes and job applications
o Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter
candidates within schedule.
o Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
process.
o Review candidate's job experiences, negotiate salaries, and work with the hiring Manager
tomake sure the fit works well.
HR Operations & BP :
o Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and
practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
o Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and
execution. o Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on
HR issues.
o Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee
development goals.
o Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and
coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
o Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention,
compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
o Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which
people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
o Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing
organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
o Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation,
performance
feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions
