Job Description

Experience : 5+ years with min 3 years in team handling Must: B2B SaaS experience Work with the leadership team to formulate an outbound lead generation strategy, including identifying target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Design the end-to-end outbound lead generation process, including research, tools, outreach messaging, follow-ups, qualification, and handoff to Account Executives. Run the entire end-to-end outbound process and prospecting activities personally to test and refine the overall process for the rest of the team. Hire, train, and lead new SDRs, managing their onboarding, coaching, communication, objection handling, and more. Track individual SDRs and team’s activity and performance, providing them with feedback based on their performance, pipeline health, and customer insights.

Job Requirement

Requirements ● 5+ years of sales development experience with at least 3+ years of SDR management experience in the SaaS industry ● Have setup an outbound process in the past and run it with a team successfully meeting and exceeding measurable goals. ● Excellent written/verbal communication skills ● Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, team environment. ● Passionate for building and leading high-performing teams from scratch. ● A conceptual understanding of the cloud, websites, and apps is preferred to help you ramp up faster. ● Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
