Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience and expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience leading a team and will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical initiatives within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using the MERN stack.
Mentor and guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient web solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver on project goals.
Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Job Requirement
6+ years of full-stack (MERN) development experience.
Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a development team.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development practices.
